This directory describes service coverage, not offices or completed projects in every location. Appointments and scope are agreed for your enquiry; quotations are issued only after a technical site survey.

Prepare the enquiry for your building.

The area name helps us plan a visit, but it does not determine equipment selection or building works. Include the community or tower name, villa number or unit reference, and a site contact. Do not send entry codes or residents’ personal information.

Villas and existing homes

Describe the floors to connect, proposed entrance and whether the home is occupied. Share available drawings, the building-works contact and any contractor-access requirements. Do not make openings or structural changes based on generic dimensions. Home lift planning checklist ↗

Residential and commercial buildings

For a new installation, provide current drawings, the BOQ and project stage. For existing equipment, share the number of units, available equipment details and service records. Discuss access permission, suitable working hours and the effect of equipment downtime with building management before the programme is agreed. Building lift planning ↗

Schools, hospitals, malls and transport facilities

Explain equipment use, passenger movement and the facility’s operating requirements. Work may require coordination with the consultant and facilities team before site access. Listing a sector does not claim a completed project at a particular institution. Explore building and sector requirements ↗

Contracts covering multiple sites

Prepare an asset list with the Emirate, community, equipment type, unit count and contract expiry for each building. Compare coverage item by item, including visits, parts, reporting and exclusions. We work with all brands, including OTIS, Mitsubishi and Chinese brands, as an independent service provider. Equipment compatibility, technical access and parts availability are reviewed before scope is confirmed; brand names do not imply manufacturer authorization or affiliation.

How does a survey enquiry work?

1. Share the location, building type and whether this is a new project or existing equipment.
2. Provide available drawings or equipment details and service records; do not enter restricted areas to obtain them.
3. We discuss the site contact, access arrangements and technical survey appointment.
4. After the survey, we define the work scope and issue a quotation with inclusions and exclusions.
