Our elevator business has been in the market since 2019. With more than 200 projects delivered in the UAE and a team of over 40 employees, Elevaya brings practical project experience to conversations with homeowners and building teams. Our office is in Al Barsha 1, Dubai.
Our range brings together home lifts, passenger lifts and panoramic elevators, alongside dumbwaiters, escalators and moving walkways. We also offer the details that shape the lift experience: decoration panels, operating panels, ceiling designs, handrails, flooring and landing doors. Annual maintenance contracts (AMC) support the agreed servicing needs of existing equipment.

An AMC discussion starts with the lift details, service history and the needs of the building. Covered equipment, planned activities, visits and exclusions are established in the written scope. Availability is confirmed for the location and equipment.
