DOCUMENTED PROJECT · PALM JUMEIRAH
A private-villa lift modernized in 15 days.
The owner’s project record documents the condition before work on 15 June 2026 and completion on 30 June 2026. The scope combined technical renewal with a complete cabin refresh.

Completed 15–30 June 2026; cabin interior and finishes, modern control system, gearless machine, LED lighting, safety and accessibility improvements, final testing and certification recorded.
The client identity, villa address, lift brand, capacity, number of stops and contract value are not published.
The brief: renew the lift as one coordinated system.
This was not treated as a decorative cabin exercise. The recorded scope connected the control system, drive equipment, lighting, cabin finishes, safety measures and accessibility improvements. Coordinating those workstreams matters because a beautiful cabin does not solve unreliable controls, while technical replacement without careful finishing leaves the villa with a visually disconnected result.
What the 15-day record does—and does not—mean.
The project record shows work between 15 and 30 June 2026 for this particular lift. It is evidence of one completed programme, not a standard promise for every modernization. Programme length changes with diagnosis, approved equipment, manufacturing and delivery, access, building work, testing and authority requirements. Elevaya therefore confirms a programme only after surveying the existing asset and agreeing the technical scope.
- Survey the existing lift, controller, machine, doors and available records.
- Separate essential safety and reliability work from optional finish choices.
- Sequence technical work, cabin work, testing and handover around site access.
How to use this case when planning another modernization.
Use it as a checklist, not a package price. Bring the maintenance history, recurring fault notes, lift identification, photographs of the cabin and entrances, and any inspection observations to the first discussion. Elevaya can then determine whether the need is cabin refurbishment, component repair, a control or door upgrade, or a wider modernization. The quotation follows the technical survey because the correct scope belongs to the actual equipment and building.
How we present evidence responsibly.
Elevaya’s project register records completed lift work in this community. We publish technical detail only when the project record and the relevant image support it. We do not fill gaps with invented names, floors, capacities, brands or outcomes. This protects NDA obligations while giving a prospective client information they can rely on.
Plan the next step.

02Lift car refurbishment. Renew the cabin responsibly.
Lift car refurbishment renews the passenger cabin, entrances and agreed finishes without pretending that decoration fixes a technical fault. Elevaya surveys the existing lift before defining panels, ceilings, flooring, handrails, doors, controls and any separate repair or modernization work.

Lift cabin renovation can involve decorative panels, ceilings, lighting, flooring, handrails and operating panels. The right scope depends on the existing equipment as well as the look you want. Elevaya reviews cabin refurbishment and modernization across the UAE, with quotations only after a technical site survey.
